The Yell County Sheriff’s Department is currently trying to locate Paul Julian Woodall, w/m, 6-6-67. Yell County has warrants on him including a warrant for felony Theft of Property, Woodall is charged with the theft of a tractor valued at $6,000.00.

Yell County authorities allege Woodall agreed to do work on the tractor and then never contacted nor would answer any phone calls from the victim. The tractor has since been located in Glenwood at an equipment sales company.
Montgomery County alleges Theft of Property, dozer and track hoe valued at $17,000.00. Montgomery County Sheriff David White said that Woodall agreed to buy the equipment and then had it hauled directly to a scrap yard where it was sold for scrap. Woodall never paid for the equipment nor will he answer or return phone calls to the victim, according to the sheriff.
Scott County: Theft of Property, truck and bull dozer valued at $5,000.00. According to a report, Woodall made an agreement to buy a truck and bulldozer, went to pick up the equipment, only paid $1,500.00 down, and said he would bring the rest back the following day. Woodall will not answer the phone calls nor return them all according to the department.
Hot Springs Police Department reports a Theft of Property charge, alleging a truck valued at $1,000.00 was taken. According to a report, Woodall agreed to do work on a vehicle and had since moved. Victim says Woodall will not answer any calls.

Pope County has outstanding traffic warrants for Woodall also.
