Don’t let the cold weather in early May fool you! Spring time has come to Mount Magazine. Whether you visit for the day or stay overnight, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of spring time. Zebra swallowtail and painted lady butterflies can be seen flitting along roadsides. Enjoy the violets and spider wort blooming as you explore the trails or relax in the evening to a whippoorwill’s call.
While you’re there, check out one of the park’s fun programs!
